About Parkadero
Parkadero is not a portal and not a feed. It is two people who kept planning trips around one unglamorous question — where does the car go? — and decided to publish the homework.

Ivo Wassenaar
Research & picks
Ivo is the reason the picks hold up. [PLATZHALTER: 2–3 Sätze zu Ivo — Hintergrund, Bezug zu Autos und Reisen, warum er der Themen-Experte ist.] For every city he works through operator pages, local parking rules and hundreds of driver reviews — and rejects roughly a third of what he finds.

Christoph Paterok
Product & search
Christoph builds the site itself and makes sure you can actually find it. [PLATZHALTER: 2–3 Sätze zu Christoph — Tech-Hintergrund, SEO/GEO-Fokus, eigener Bezug zu Autos/Reisen.] If a page loads fast, reads clean and shows up when you search for parking in a city, that's his department.
Two jobs, one rule: nothing goes live until both of us have signed it off. How that works in practice is on How we research.
Why parking first
[PLATZHALTER: die Gründungsgeschichte — ein ehrlicher Absatz: der Trip, das Auto, das Garagen-Erlebnis, mit dem alles anfing.] The short version: if you travel by car — especially one you care about — the difference between a good and a bad day in a city is usually decided before you’ve stepped out of the garage. So that’s the part we obsess over.
How we work
The method has its own page: How we research. The short version: gather wide, check every candidate by hand, photo-verify what we publish, and show the numbers — researched, kept, rejected — on every city page.
We don’t accept payment for placement, and we don’t publish anything we wouldn’t use with our own cars.
Know a garage we should look at, a price that changed, or a city we should cover next? We read everything sent to the address on the legal notice page.
